Not covered

  • Theft, loss or disappearance — these need insurance
  • Deliberate damage or misuse, and work by another jeweler
  • Everyday cosmetic wear that does not affect the structure
  • Metal colour change from skin chemistry or cosmetics

From the day it arrives

  2. ServiceEmail or call with your order number and a few photos; we confirm cover and send instructions.
  3. InspectionsPaid plans include a check every six months — it catches a loose stone before it costs you a diamond.

Care questions

Is this insurance?
No — it is a service plan for repair and upkeep. Theft and loss are covered by jewelry insurance, which we can help you arrange.
Can I add a plan later?
A plan is bought with the piece at checkout. Free Forever cover is included automatically with every order.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes — within 30 days for a full refund, and returning the piece cancels and refunds its plan.
